Vietnamese Lemongrass Clams Stew

「越式香茅貴妃蚌配波波蜆」

Ingredients:

Short necked Clams..........5 Pcs
Korean Clams..................600g
Lemongrass....................7 Stalks
Chilies......................1.5 Pcs
Sweet Basil..................1 Bunch
Chicken Stock...............800 ml

Method:

1. Wash the Clams thoroughly.

2. Add Chicken Stock, Short necked Clams and Lemongrass into a cooking pot. Cook with high heat until it boils. Put the cover on and continue the cooking for 3 minutes.

3. Add Korean Clams, Chilies and Sweet Basil into the pot. Continue to cook with cover on for 2 minutes.

That's ready to serve, Enjoy!
